I have always loved sharing my passion for fine dining by teaching others how to cook. From my own class series in the early 1990s at Citrus in LA, to guest appearances at Sur La Table, Let’s Get Cooking, Seasonal Table and many more, I focused my technique to create fun, educative, and interactive experiences for my students.

I was fortunate to be a repeat guest of Anne Willan in her signature cooking class series in Santa Monica, by Chef Masters in Pacific Palisades, as well as by prestigious brands Bulthaup and Poliform.

 

While I work on a permanent location, I am offering a variety of cooking classes in various locations in the Los Angeles area.
